Ingredients: Soy Protein Isolate, Potato Flakes, Potato Starch, Soy Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Inulin, Cocoa Powder (processed with alkali), Milk Protein Isolate, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Drops with Vanilla, Rice Flour, Natural Flavors, Egg Whites (Dried), Olive Pomace Oil, Maltodextrin, Enzyme-Modified Cocoa Butter,Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Sucralose, Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin.

Directions
Microwave:
1. Pour 1.5 oz. cold water into a microwave-safe mug.
2. Add the contents of one packet and stir with water.
3. Microwave for 30 seconds or more until desired texture is obtained (with caution as cake will be hot.) Enjoy!
